My research to sequential photos

I was wondering what photos I can take to make them interesting and move. Then I thought about my friend who is riding the board, I decided that I could capture her riding. I decided to look for inspiration for such a photo. While searching application called Pinterest I came across this photo. Unfortunately, I did not save the source.
